WASHINGTON, D.C. — October 12, 2026 — HBCU House and Amazon Prime brought movement, music, culture, and connection to Manifest in Washington, D.C., for The Greatest Mile, kicking off Howard Homecoming Week with 1867 Run Club.
Celebrating The Greatest, Prime Video’s upcoming Muhammad Ali series, the experience drew inspiration from Ali’s legacy of confidence, discipline, and purpose. Special guests Jaalen Best, Kai Parham, and Amin Joseph joined the community for an evening connecting fitness with the spirit of Homecoming.
Featuring DJ Wildchild and Kyle on the Mic, the event brought together community partners 1867 Run Club, Sweat DC, Tech Wellness, TNDM, Run Grl Co., Good Baudi, and Tao Run Club. Workouts, a community mile, and opportunities to connect brought students and D.C.’s wellness community together.
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of The Key to the House to Anthony “Cool Ant” Williams, continuing HBCU House’s tradition of recognizing HBCU graduates whose leadership and service open doors for the next generation.
